Sheaths!
We do our best to maintain a level of quality at JRE Industries. When a sheath doesn't meet that level, we mark it as a second and throw it in a box. After over 18 years in the business there are a number of boxes of useable sheaths that don't meet our standards.
We have high standards in our production. Every once in a while there are sheaths made that have imperfect stitching or leather. These sheaths are 100% functional, just cosmetically not up to our standards.

When we get an idea in our head, we make a sample. Sometimes these never go anywhere or just don't turn out as we thought. Some may be sheaths, belts, or any other whacky idea.
